Delivery Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Free delivery on orders over R900
- R90 flat rate for orders under R900

We use trusted South African courier partners such as The Courier Guy and RAM.
Order Process
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
International Shipping
Customers outside South Africa should place orders via our international website: Barax.
Important Information
Delivery Address
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses
- A valid street address is required
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled
(This does not affect your legal right to cancel under ECTA within 7 days of delivery for online purchases.)
Operating Hours
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday
- No dispatch takes place on weekends or South African public holidays

- Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery has been completed at your address
